❌ Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 8 weeks prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a refund, which will be subject to a 20% administration charge. If a cancellation is requested 6 weeks or less before the scheduled event or booking, no refund will be issued. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
